Engineering target: we use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target for customer-facing digital experiences. This is an engineering goal, not a claim of third-party certification or perfect conformance.
What we are working to support
- Keyboard access to interactive controls and visible keyboard focus.
- Readable color contrast and text that can reflow and resize.
- Reduced-motion preferences for nonessential animation.
- Meaningful page structure, headings, labels, and link text.
- Touch targets and mobile layouts that remain usable on smaller screens.
- Accessible error messages and instructions for forms and account workflows.
How we test
Accessibility work combines automated checks with manual review. Automated tools can catch common problems, but keyboard navigation, screen-reader behavior, zoom/reflow, focus order, forms, and real task completion also require human testing.
Third-party services
Some workflows may involve third-party providers. We can improve how our own interface integrates with those services, but we do not control every independent provider interface. If a third-party step creates an accessibility barrier, contact us so we can look for an accessible alternative where reasonably available.
Report an accessibility problem
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email nobullshitaiworld@gmail.com. Include the page or task you were trying to use and the problem you encountered. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, full payment-card numbers, or private keys.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing quality requirement. We review customer-facing changes, prioritize barriers that block important tasks, and update this statement as the platform and testing coverage mature.
