Important: submitting an inquiry does not authorize purchases, ad spend, publishing, account changes, contracts, or other external commitments. Scope and approval come first.
Website and account use
You may use the website and customer portal for legitimate business inquiries, project collaboration, billing, and support. You are responsible for protecting your own login credentials and for information submitted through your account.
Do not use the service to submit unlawful material, malicious code, stolen credentials, secret keys, payment-card numbers in support messages, or content you do not have the right to provide.
Scope and approval
Initial conversations and intake forms are for discovery and scoping. Paid work, third-party purchases, advertising spend, publishing, production, or other external actions should follow an agreed scope and the appropriate approval boundary.
If requested work materially changes, the scope, timeline, dependencies, or price may need to be revised before the additional work proceeds.
Pricing and third-party costs
Website prices are starting points unless a specific offer says otherwise. Final pricing can depend on complexity, dependencies, risk, timing, and scope. Hosting, domains, paid software, media spend, printing, production, provider fees, and similar third-party costs may be separate.
Payments
Eligible billing records may use Stripe Checkout. A browser redirect or success page does not by itself prove settlement. The platform treats payment as confirmed only after the server receives and reconciles the appropriate signed payment-provider event against the expected billing record.
Results and professional services
No Bullshit AI World does not guarantee sales, rankings, profit, legal outcomes, regulatory outcomes, advertising performance, or other results that depend on outside systems, markets, third parties, or future events.
AI-supported research or workflow assistance is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, accountant, medical professional, or other regulated professional where professional judgment is legally or practically required. Matters requiring licensed advice should be escalated to the appropriate human professional.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access reasonably needed for the agreed work.
- Review and approve high-impact actions where approval is required.
- Maintain appropriate rights and permissions for customer-supplied materials, accounts, data, and instructions.
- Review deliverables and report material problems within any review period stated in the project agreement.
Intellectual property and deliverables
Ownership and licensing for project deliverables should be defined in the applicable written scope or agreement, especially where third-party software, stock assets, open-source components, templates, fonts, licenses, or customer-owned materials are involved. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. Features and operational processes may change as the platform develops.
Suspension and misuse
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or material misuse of the platform, subject to any applicable written agreement and legal requirements.
Engagement-specific terms
If a proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
